The job:
Proactively manage the Issuing Partners for the roll-out of new card programs, product development of the banking portal, and optimization of the customer journey
Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on the company’s strategy, annual, and quarterly objectives in the OKR framework
Plan, supervise, and approve projects and product developments in both agile and traditional environments
Identify, assess, and prioritize the development of new product features
Identify and consider dependencies in product development
Create precise requirements and effectively communicate with the Issuing Partner as well as our departments and stakeholders
What you offer:
At least 3 years of experience in project management
regarding software development projectsDemonstrable experience in agile and traditional project
and product management methodsExperience in Fintech, Banking, Structured Finance, or a similar field
Strong communication skills in German and English
Structured and meticulous way of working
Quick comprehension and good organizational skills
Strong independence and motivation
Issuing expertise is advantageous
In-depth technical understanding, developer experience is advantageous
